People seek out help when they feel they have run out of options to solve a particular problem in their life. I believe our limitations come from having a narrowed view of the world and feeling limited in our options. We acquired our world view from our families & others; from how they reacted and responded to us, how relationships were formed and how we felt others viewed and experienced us. I will often connect your experience today to these experiences of the past. These relationships have shaped who we are today. Together we are able to talk about all these different relationships; the ones with others, the one with your self and the world. Together we understand your motivations, beliefs, identify your emotions and reactions and explore your needs and wants. As our relationship grows so does your experience in the world, more options appear and feel possible.
