Is anxiety or stress keeping you from living your life? Are you tired of trying to manage on your own? I can work with you to help identify and challenge unproductive thoughts and emotions as you move toward well-being and confidence. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I have found EMDR to be highly effective in helping my clients overcome their challenges. In addition to relieving the symptoms of trauma, EMDR has been effective in other areas such as decreasing anxiety, reducing stress, and increasing self-esteem. I provide a safe environment where you can discuss life’s issues without judgment.

My clients are individuals who recognize they need change in an area or two so they can live more fulfilling lives. Some just need a bit of coaching through a life transition or relationship problem. Others have larger challenges and need more intensive counseling or therapy.

I provide counseling and therapy services to the greater Los Angeles Area including Montrose, Glendale, Pasadena, La Crescenta, La Canada, South Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, Burbank, San Fernando Valley, and surrounding areas.
