Self-care includes watching outfor your health. With so many health issues facing women at all stages of life,I’m going to focus on the top five health concerns for women. Over thenext four days, I’ll share information and insight with you regarding these fivemain women’s health topics. Today, we’ll start with #1 – Heart disease.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US(this includes men, too). Almost 30% of deaths are due to a form of heartdisease or related condition.
