Stretching

Your hips and legs are strung to your pelvis and lower back by thick heavy musculature. These large muscle groups without regular exercise and stretching, shorten. They actually ratchet up the tension on your lower back. That tension causes the joints in the area to become stuck (a subluxation occurs). Constant aching late at night or after sitting too long, begins to haunt you.

You must stretch! It may not free up the subluxation completely, but it will release the tension. Releasing the tension will greatly increase the odds that your joint might work loose on its own.

Have a great day!
