Eating can cause pain.

Eating foods high in fat can cause an inflammatory response in the joints of the body. So it is not simply old age or being overweight that causes your joints to ache. Eating foods high in saturated fat can increase your pain. Saturated fats increase cholesterol levels and are broken down into fat that is stored in your body.
Start feeling better immediately simply by decreasing the fat content of your foods.
