Creative Empowerment

By happy mistake I found wellness.com & Iam excited to become a part of it. I recently moved to central florida and left all my wellness buddies (personal & professional) behind. But this move has allowed me to finally redistribute my energy and focus on creating a lifestyle that lets me make the most of my skills and talents to help others, my family and myself. I am an art therapist by trade and a crafty-birkenstock-wearing-dog-kissing-cookie-muncher-people helper in spirit. So I hope to share ways that I have learned to live creative & empowered. I hope to get some ideas too. :)
