Yesterday I began. Again. The effort to lose some weight, manage stress, gain more energy, and just feel better about myself. I'm trying more tools this time. I'm using my chiropractor, Dr. Leahy, to adjust and provide advice on my neck and shoulder pain, as well as on health in general. Mark is making me do crunches, the one exercise I truly hate, with him in the evenings. I'm keeping track of my food, exercise, and weight in a memoryminder so that I can analyze what I'm doing right and where I need to improve. Now if just didn't feel so tired from yesterday!!!!!!
