Every Body Needs To Be Kneaded Sometimes

Every body needs to be kneaded once in awhile. We all have our little on little bits of stress and pains. We just usually keep it to ourselves and just go on. We know it is there, we don't like it, but we so often do nothing about it. Massage is a great way to relieve stress. It helps the body and the mind to relax, reconnect , and to rejuvenate. It does the body good ! Sore stiff muscles often can be soft and pain free again. So get a massage and forget the little stresses and pains of daily life.

I call him "King Bruce". For the ladies....I set aside 1 hour every other week just for me. Bruce is the best massage therapist in Fort Smith! In that hour, I'm able to relax completely, and allow the stresses that we all face,to fade away. In order for us to care for the people we love, and give all we do to our jobs, we need to take care of ourselves too. Thanks Bruce!

You are right about that. I'm a photographer and had a sore elbow and forearm for about 6 months. Was taking ibuprophen just to have a good result. Someone showed me how to work it out with massage, and the problem disappeared in 15 minutes and never came back. I was sold. I bought one of those shiatsu machines and work my forearms when they tighten up. Better than medicine. Have a good holiday.
