Sweet and Spicy Fall Treats


PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 cup  Almond Milk 
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
1/4 teaspoon gluten free pure vanilla extract (optional) 
1 cup crushed ice
Mix all ingredients in blender until puree consistency.Sprinkle Cinnamon on top. (optional) Enjoy! 

Replace Almond Milk with 1/3 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt.
