Dr. Emmet Lee is a knowledgable, wonderful physician. I am the second generation in my family to have him as our physican. He is very caring and listens carefully to his patients concerns and then thoughtfully and thorougly recommends treatment(s)/solutions. I find him to be an excellent caregiver and am thankful to have him as my provider.

Dr. Emmet Lee and the head of the Palomar Medical Group, Mark Shapiro, are unprofessional service providers. This clinic routinely provides poor customer service. They do not have an employee who answers calls directly and in real time. Rather, one has to leave a message, and at some point, a few hours later, you'll get a call. I (and other patients) tried to bring this lack of service to their attention numerous times over the course of almost two years, with not so much as an acknowledgement from Mr. Lee or his boss, Mr. Shapiro, about their shortcomings. Instead, they stonewalled the issue w/o ever addressing their unprofessional behavior. Apparently, they must think they are above their patients/clients, and don't have to listen to and/or heed legitimate concerns or complaints. Their customer service is terrible and disrespectful.
