They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The doctor is downsizing and reducing practice to a maximum of 400 patients and wants an extra $1,650 year over and above the charge for an office visit to keep you as a patient
