The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Called to see if the doctor was accepting new patients and the first thing the receptionist asked was what type of insurance do you have? After telling them I have medicare part A & B I was told that he is not accepting new patients or medicare. The receptionist then just hung up on me. Very unprofessional!
