I accompanied by elderly mother to this office for years. While you might have a wait to be seen, the doctor will spend alot of time and explain your options for treatment. Instead of giving my mother injections in her knee joint that would have a questionable outcome because of her advanced arthritis, the doctor referred us to an orthopedic surgeon experienced on joint replacements for the elderly/at risk. My mother did very well with her surgery and pt and is able to still live independently as she wished. The doctor took her excellent overall health and motivation into consideration in referring us for surgery, and we are very grateful for her expertise and compassion.

I was worried that I would be in a lot of pain during my appointment, but they made sure that they were very gentle with me and didn't aggravate my joints at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was shocked by how much they knew about the latest medical advancements and treatment options. It was obvious that they put a lot of effort into continuing their education. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
