Dr Burns is the best healthcare professional I ever met in my life. He dedicates enough time during your visits and he is very willing to answer to any question or concern. He is very meticulous to study your tests in order to provide the proper medication. I so glad to be his patient and I recommend him for any health problem, not just for those related to Rheumatology. He found on me medical problems that other doctors in primary care or specialists did not recognize or did not care. I love him and his staff.

The office staff is atrociously inept.

If you like the following things, this office is NOT for you:

1) your tests ordered and sent accurately to the imaging facility,
2) a call back after you specifically asked for one,
3) the office to be open (or even the phone answered) past NOON 1/2 of the days and 4 pm the other days,
4) respectful and competent staff,
5) your appointment scheduled correctly (not written down wrong for a different day, or
6) receipt and confirmation of your test results.

In fact, after 1 month, 3 visits, 4 phone calls, and 3 phone calls from the imaging center to this office - I have NOT been able to see Dr. Burns and receive the results of the 3 tests that he ordered (and which I paid hundreds of dollars for).

The incompetent and disrespectful office staff was too much to bear. STAY AWAY
