I have been a patient of Dr. Pegrem over eight years. He and his staff is thourough and organized. They make you comfortable and there is not a lot of red tape and no long waiting period. The doctors take their time and talk to you, help you understand your condition,and do return your phone call. The staff treat you like people and not a number. Dr. Adan Peer has been assigned as my doctor at the clinic and I give him a 5 plus. Dr. Pegrem made a great choice choosing him. I hope he remains there; it is hard finding good physicians!

There is no comparison!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I would probably be very happy with this facility if I were able to see Dr. Pegram for my visits. As it is, I see a different doctor every time I go, have to explain the same problem over and over, and not all of the doctors are very caring. When I'm having problems and leave messages for a doctor to call me, 2 out of 3x I won't receive a call back. (Based on last 3 calls). During my last visit, I asked to be put on a new medication after having to stop my previous one. The doctor left out of the room and never returned. Needless to say, I'm on this site searching for a new doctor. The staff at this facility are very nice and some I will really miss.

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was actually taking my grandmother their for treatment. The staff was kind and caring not just toward my grandmother but to all their patient's. My grandmother doesn't speak english and they were especially accomodating. She is also overe 85 yrs old and due to illness is unable to ambulate at a moderate pace. They walked with her slowly and told her to take her time. She loved the Dr's on staff and the only reason we don't go anymore is for insrance reasons. I wish more Dr's. office would treat elderly patient's with this much dignity and respect. Office hours flexible and no long waitng time The entire staff is awesome!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
