I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
