I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. He was referred to me by my knee doctor. Got the run around for two months about filling out a form that takes 10 minutes to do to get approval on a medication. After paying $350 a month for two months for a script that would cost $15 with the approval they told me We won t do that for anyone.
