I didn't feel welcome
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Yes, it was almost unbearable

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
