They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Dr Patil takes every visit as an opportunity to asses my mental health and understand how he can better care for my long-term recovery. He LISTENS. He doesn't suggest pills as a solution, rather he discusses the options and asks you for your feedback. He wants to see his patients thrive. Dr Patil works incredibly long hours and is in high demand, yet his demeanor is always pleasant and considerate. His passion for the well-being of others has changed my life. I look forward to my visits because he is kind and wise, without just telling a patient what they want to hear. He is in high demand in Decatur, yet his office staff manages new and existing patients in such a way that no patient is declined an emergency or last-minute visit. There may be a wait at times, but that is a powerful indication of the good Dr Patil has done and how much Central Illinois relies on his care. I would recommend him to anyone, and I often do. He is different, he makes my life better and healthier.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Patil is very knowledgeable about the different medications. He is very kind and caring and i couldn't ask for a better doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Patil.
