Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Dr. Hogan was very helpful in helping me with depression/anxiety issues and was most helpful in counseling me while I was in the process of leaving my abusive marriage and understanding the dynamics of my family of origin and how it plays a part in how badly I felt about myself. I always felt that she truly cared about me and having been to many psychiatrists in the past that was not always the case. She was also very good at challenging me to cut through the denial and excuses that I had and to move forward and not be hung up in the past. I still follow her advice on how to deal with my family of origin to change the dynamic and take my power back. Works like a charm. The only drawback was the long wait in her waiting room. As far as a psychiatrist, she was one of the best I ever had to help me with abuse issues.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I left feeling very happy with the way my appointment went. I was nervous before my appointment, but I feel much more hopeful now. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
