He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Office staff is ok - not overly friendly, but not rude either. I was disappointed with Dr. Pearson. I felt I received contradictory information from him, and when I had an issue and had to call in, I definitely detected some annoyance. I will not be going back, as he said there really is nothing he can do for my arthritis. Is that his specialty?

I was inaccurately diagnosed. The physician who treated me failed to run critical tests which would have revealed my condition. I went undiagnosed for four years simply because the physician did not believe I had anything serious. It turns out that I most definitely do. When I contacted this physician to let him know I received a second opinion and was properly diagnosed, he was defensive, argumentative and disrespectful. He failed to do his job in the first place and then refused to acknowledge that he even could have been wrong. He inappropriately criticized my new physician and attacked his credentials. I had an overall horrible experience with this physician.
