I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!

Dr. Lorentzen spends a great deal of time with each patient. That time allows her to really investigate the deeper issues.
The other thing I like about seeing her is her desire to avoid overloading you with prescriptions. Her main thrust is to improve health with improved nutrition and exercise while addressing current symptoms as necessary. It's not the easy way to get better but it's the best way.

I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer Dr. Lorentzen to others in need of an internist. Dr, Lorentzen is the best there is. She is the only healthcare provider that I have ever seen that actually treats you as a whole person. She doesn't over book and takes time to sit and talk with you to understand your concerns. She typically spends at least an hour with me each time I see her. She isn't in a hurry and always remembers our conversations from the last visit. Her approach to patient care is refreshing and she works together with you to solve problems. I would highly recommend her for any complex health issue. You won't be disappointed.

I feel that Dr. Lorentzen has saved my life. I've been dealing with menopause/hot flashes, depression, lack of energy for several years. I made the decision to ask for HRT before I went to see her, and I have felt so much better because of it. Her knowledge is impressive. I can tell that she spends a lot of time reading about our problems. She spends at least one hour with me whenever I see her. She takes all the time needed to discuss what's going on. I always leave there feeling grateful that I found her. I feel lifted physically, emotionally and spiritually.
