The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
It was extremely hard to get an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. Expect a routine visit to cost you about 2.5 hrs total. Total wait time is at least an hour and 1/2 before you see Dr Goldstein. He addresses issues in a professional matter once you finally see him, but, forget about ever getting a return call if you call in to change a medication or need any kind of follow up questions answered in a timely fashion. The earliest would be three days, if at all. The bottom line is he is a knowledgeable DR but obviously has way too many patients, and is all about making money. You can not count on his staff or anyone at the facility to return any phone calls or address any concerns by phone. The staff seems lazy and uncaring when it really counts. I've been a patient of Stephen Goldstein for many years and am totally fed up with the difficulty in scheduling an appointment and lack of communications. I hope you make all the money because your facility really lacks in customer care.
