Dr. Sims is a great dr. He takes the time to answer all my questions. The office is ok about returning phone calls. Sometimes I have to call back a second time. I think they get frustrated with all the disability papers they have to fill out for me. Sometimes I worry that they are going to give up on helping me find out what is wrong but that may just be me. Overall I think Dr Sims is a good dr and his office staff is very friendly. I dont normally have to wait very long to see him

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this rheumatologist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did this provider thoroughly explain the dosage, scheduling, and side effects of your medication?
Definitely! They made sure I completely understood everything about my medication
