Made to wait 30 minutes in cold exam room before seeing a Physician's Assistant. Very abrupt provider (Dexter Sheppard). Spent less than 5 minutes with me. Prescribed Cipro. Didn't address my concerns about starting a 2nd anti-biotic saying its "up to you" if you take it. Next time, I'll go to the ER - you'll get better treatment than by these people.

had to go make a appt with another urologist in kingsport tn to have my kidney stones removed , could not get them to make a date on surgery for me and a month later went to kingsport were they did surgery within 2 days on me , i tried for a month to get them but they saw me 2 times and told me i needed surgery but would not set it up and for a solid month calling almost everyday would not return my phone calls , i will never go back to bristol urology again

Front Desk staff was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. A paper insurance card was required and when we only had an app which the insurance provider has provided for convenience to the patients was presented, we were told we could not be seen. The card has to be physically copied per policy.

I have been a patient at Bristol Urological Associates for many years. I have suffered recurring bouts with kidney stones. I have always been given the very best of care, and have always been treated with dignity, courtesy and respect by the doctors, nurses, and staff members. The nurture, caring, and professionalism which they exhibit are, in my opinion, unparalleled. I am so grateful for the care and service which they provide. I would highly recommend Bristol Urological Associates to anyone needing the type of medical care / service which they provide.
