It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They also are stealing the money-even if you dont have any contract sign with him regarding the money if you put any deposit upfront -and they going to rush you to do it-in case you give up the surgery or other service they will not give you the money back.From me he stole 1750 usd.Yes he stole them .I am sorry but i dont know another word-this is just stealing.And the doctors are people who suposed to be example for the rest of us.Coud you imagine!!!This individual is a shame for the whole medical society.
