There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The office was easy enough to find. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. My last appointment I had to wait 4 hours and finally left before seeing the doctor. The treatment was good, and I have gotten better, but it ruins my day when I go.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
