They've only answered a question of mine over the phone once or twice. Most of the time they make me drive all the way down there for an appointment. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
