They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They were somewhat friendly, but I didn't feel at home there. The front desk was very rude.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've already told my loved ones about how much they helped me, and how they can benefit from their services as well.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
