Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I had was rushed to the ER after being in tremendous pain and had a kidney stone. Upon a CT scan I was told it had already gone through the kidney and I would pass it. Later that evening I passed the stone and felt better. I had made the standard follow up appointment per the ER. I brought my sample in and was told it was scar tissue and not a stone which I found hard to believe. I was given an xray and was given what I feel was a standard script from this Dr. Drink water, here is some flomax to help your stream (which I didn't have a problem with) and schedule another follow up. Went back for a second vist, they took another xray, blood sample and everything came back normal. They scheduled me for another follow up which I have since cancelled. I will be looking for another Dr.
