I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
