I have been seeing Dr. Smith for 14 years now and he has always listens to my concerns, provides counseling, and give me the new options that are available for my condition.

Ellison Smith M.D. at Ashville Arthritis is VERY competent, patient, kind and caring. He is a wonderful Rheumatologist.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Did this rheumatologist use excessive foul language?
No
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
