My wife started visiting Dr Mehta in early 2012 and is very satisfied with him. She feels that he has done a lot to help her. She would like to continue seeing him but there is a problem. The problem she has is with Dr Mehta's wife (also a doctor). She runs the office and is very rude and condescending. We have also had an ongoing dispute with her over Insurance claims. This woman is totally lacking knowledge of insurance filing and claiming procedures and attempts to bill us for charges that were already paid in full by us and the insurance company. As a result we will likely be looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Mehta took notes about everything that was going on during this crisis and answered every question. We have been using her when needed for years. The staff was helpful enough. Appointment scheduling is done in calendar books so it is difficult when you need to change an appointment and she is at a different location from where the appointment is scheduled. A computer scheduling program that includes both locations would make things more efficient.

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They almost always cancel my appointment last minute, and I end up having to rearrange my entire schedule. I really wish they were more reliable.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They didn't look into my medical background before they started recommending different treatment options. They should have known more about me before they suggested anything. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

This doctor is horrible. Definitely avoid her. She is basically a medicaid processing mill only looking out for her next check. She does not take the time to properly analyze patients. She prescribes inappropriate medications. The office is FILTHY!!!!!!! There is a massive mold/mildew smell and HUGE dirt stains on the carpet, absolutely disgusting. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I'd rate her zero stars if it was an option.
