I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.You are herded through this office like cattle. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.NOTHING in this office is personalized. You must adhere to their mold. Most frustrating and difficult office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you want to be treated as an individual and not just the "next appointment", this is not the place to trust with your health.
