Dr Hoeper genuinely cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for monthly for nine months. The drive takes 2 1/2 hours each way. Prior to seeing him, I felt as if doctors were prescribing medication without really understanding my situation and would readily refill a sleep aid even when I said I didn’t need any more. Dr Hoeper has adjusted my medication dosages, removing a few and replacing them with others that actually work to heal brain functioning. I continue to make the long drive because after six months, I began to feel a difference. Thank goodness for well educated, up-to-date, and caring physicians such as Dr Hoeper.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I have had trouble getting back in contact when having concerns with my medicine. I'm constantly getting an answering service during operating hours. So, they're not easy to get back up with when I have questions/concerns after the office visit.
