The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and seem to be concerned with payment rather than care.

Over a period of time it seems revenue is the main concern and not patient care. You are expected to provide a steady stream of income by a constant appointment schedule, sick or well, you better make an appointment.
