I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The staff far exceeded what I ever could have expected them to. They were one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They're always so great about answering my questions over the phone. They never make me drive all the way down there for an appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've already been telling my friends and family how great Cyrus Mali, MD is. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
