He doesn't listen to anything u say - just looks at computer - charged for half hour & he is done with you within 5 to 10 mins. Seems like he is in a different world & just gives you a bunch of drugs with no real explanation.

Horrible wait times (once I waited 2 hours), never explained anything about my medication to me. The last time I ever went to his office, he delegated a physician assistant to see me and I was given no notice of this until she [instead of Capote] came out to get me. She was totally unhelpful as well. Avoid him.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
