Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there, except some of the nurses were very nice I felt worse when I left. I saw this Dr for 4 years and he prescribed me very strong pain medication and dangerously high doses of Vitamin D. I made my next monthly appt as he told me to and he was also supposed to check my vitamin D levels . I received a letter three weeks later dated two days after my last monthly appt that he was releasing me as a patient without reason and would not call me and explain any reason (the nurse told me he sees 92 patients a day -guess that where his Masarati and Lincoln Navigator come from) and to come and pick up my pain meds the following month, but none of my RA meds!!!!!! Now I can't find a Dr. to take over the meds he's had me on for 4 years and he could care less!!!!!!!! I just followed what my Dr. said to do! Plus the office staff is considered rude and nasty by most of the patients and you can't get any answers about anything over the phone, but Dr. Allegra doesn't do anything about it when patients complain (I know many who have!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone
