Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their entire office was very clean. I'm always worried about germs so it was a relief to see that they cleaned it regularly.

Many years ago Dr. Fischbein was my psychiatrist and helped me through my parents divorce and through issues of physical and verbal abuse. Without her, I would not have been able to get out of the situation with my father. I was a teenager then and she was amazing. She was matter of fact, honest, and provided me with wonderful guidance and helped me get through that time in mylife. In a nutshell, she helped me to help myself save myself from a very bad situation. I havent seen or spoken with her for years, but I think about her often and I will always owe her a debt of gratitude for how she postively helped me changed my life.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The office was easy enough to find. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. There is no way I’d ever go back to visit them. They have no idea what they’re doing. Dr. Fischbein was irritable and unpredictable, and her mood changed at every visit. She dropped me as a patient for dropping an appointment that she had scheduled for me when she knew there was no way I could make it. DO NOT GO TO HER!

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
