I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I got an appointment quickly - too quickly actually when I called on A sunday afternoon and her husband answered the call. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than their own scheduling convenience. She further violated my privacy by contacting my emergency contact in a non-emergency situation. Lastly, having recognized she made a horrific mistake she continued to make harrassing calls to me and to my emergency contact person. Horrifying
