Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

No. It took me several times to get through.

this guy is no different than a drug dealer .thay should take away his license everyone he sees he gets them hooked on drugs so thay keep coming back and he can keep billing the ins. co.

One thing that's been so annoying about David Starr, MD, is that they always end up changingmy appointment times. I have to call before every appointment to get a new time. He is not very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. He is very impolite and has NO bedside manner. He should not be in practice..
