My father was in rehab 3 times. We met Dr. Satyam at the rehab facility. He took his time explaining my father's diagnosis and condition, the changes he proposed to the medications and his treatment plan. I was very pleased, and my father joined his practice when he relocated to this town. Dr. Satyam works with a nurse practitioner who specializes in geriatric care. She kept in close touch with me throughout my father's illness. I was very pleased to be working with both of them.

My mother was at a rehab center for four weeks and Dr. Satyam never went to see her until my sister insisted that he come out to see her (he is one of the assigned doctors at the facility). He said that whatever his nurse decided, he would sign off on, that she was as good as him. When he was told that this was not acceptable, he said: "Get another doctor". That's what we did...
