I have been seeing Dr Ahmed for almost 2 years now. Over those 2 years he has been booking so many people that I do not even get to talk to him for a full 15 minutes and end up having to call and talk to his nurses to "finish" my session. I have checked in before and heard the next person at the next window check in for the same appointment time as mine. I have waited over an hour for my appointments before even though they will refuse to allow you back to see you after three late arrivals. In the beginning I felt I found the best doctor but since a few months ago I was put though some major bad decisions with medication changes who the nurses had to relay messages back and forth because I couldn't get in to see him because appointments are MONTHS in between because he overbooks himself so much. I no longer feel the quality of care is there and I am sad that things have taken a turn for the worst. Before my 15 minute time is even up his pager is going off and he stands up before I am even done and yet my insurance pays the full amount for the 15 minutes. I am bi-polar and he has me on 6 different medications and just reciently since all of my med changes I have SERIOUS anxiety problems that I've never had before and he cannot figure them out so he's just giving me more medication. The last time he saw me he told me that he believes I am over medicated. Over medicated? He is the one that prescribed all of this medication I am on so it leaves me questioning his judgement. Maybe he has a few too many patients that he sees to be able to manage them all. Again, in the beginning, I would have given him 10 stars but as of right now, I cannot rate him that high nor recommend him as a care giver. If you want someone to LISTEN to you, I would NOT recommend you seeing him. Oh and someone mentioned toilet seat covers in the bathrooms? No, there are none of those. And sometimes the waiting rooms are WAY over crowded. Also one of the receptionists has a MAJOR attitude issue along with the nurses because they get tired of you calling. What do the nurses expect when the doctor doesn't even help you?????

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I might recommend them to a friend or family member if I couldn't think of anyone better. They weren't fantastic, but they weren't terrible either. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
