The office was easy enough to find. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They try to work with me to get an appointment time that works for me sometimes, but most of the time it's really difficult to get an appointment that doesn't conflict with my schedule. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. She is rather cold and unempathetic. I did not trust the advice she gave me. Example- after having been on klonopin for 3 years, she suggested i just "stop" taking it. Not titrating down or anything. You don't have to be a psychiatrist to know that is not considered "best practice". She is not someone I trust.

I found Dr. Mouzon to be extremely dismissive of me. When I accidentally missed an appointment, she became passive aggressive and wouldn't return my calls. Her opinions about medication seemed outdated and incorrect on several topics and I did not feel like I could really trust her. I am looking for someone else that is better qualified and who doesn't have their own passive aggressive issues!
