I've given up on trying to call the front desk. If I finally do get a hold of somebody they seem annoyed and I can imagine them rolling their eyes and doing their best to pacify me in order to get off the phone. So now I e-mail, but it sure would be nice if I could get a comfirmation e-mail back, whether there's any kind of problem or not, just to let me know that it's ok to drive 30 minutes out of the way over there without fulling knowing if this is a wasted trip or not. (It's happened before). So I ask, well, I e-mailed you two days ago and didn't hear anything back about coming by to pick up my RX and the women at the front desk just start acting very condescending and go on about their policy and whatever else they can think of to get me out of there. Honestly, I'm surprised this is been going on for this long. I can't imagine I'm the only one with this complaint. Well, I know I'm not because I see it all over the internet. One positive is the Dr.'s are very professional and courteous. I know they're busy but I sure do wish I could just deal directly with them!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

If I could give zero stars here I would. I am a 32 year old female whom has never been diagnosed with anything mental. But lately, I have severe mood swings that last go back and forth every five minutes along with a couple of "episodes." I really need to see a doc right now but you apparently cant get an appointment here unless you slit your wrists first. They said that I had to have a referral, so I went to Urgent Care to get one and that doctor (who doesn't even claim to know about mental issues) said that he would but it wouldn't make a difference that it had to be from a PRIMARY physician. Being that my primary physician is at my workplace and I don't want everybody in m7y business, I had my insurance company call and assure them that they would pay. The next day, when I could get in touch with the joke of an appointment setter they have there ( 10am -2 pm and she never answers the phone, its always voice mail), I was informed that I still had to go get referral from another physician so that they could see my "history", even though I don't have any history and she said I could call back and get a referral from the urgent care doc (even though I had only seen him once!)! What a money racket. PEOPLE IT IS TIME TO STOP TAKING THIS FROM DOCTORS. THEY WILL NEVER GET BETTER IF WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you will accept crappy service they'll keep giving it to you. As for me, I'll keep looking.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. I went to a couple of psychiatrists before that didn't remember me or my circumstances no matter how many times I went there, but not here. They always remember everything about me and my situation so I don't have to re-explain everything. Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it.
