I loved my doctor, but the office manager and customer service is not good.
During my first year, I noticed they were charging me a copay of $40 but those that did not have insurance were paying $20. The lady up front told me to just say I do not have insurance next time and pay the $20. That didnt bother near as much as the office mgr. She is impossible to deal with and does not care at all about their customers. I lost my medicine in a car that I sold. My mistake I know, but she refused to get me a refill because she said we "typically" don't do that. Well this is not a typical situation. A 2 year client with no problems and she tells me I just need to wait the 20 days before my next appointment. Very rude.
