Dr. Burgess was my wife's primary physician for over 10 years. She was very happy with Dr. Burgess. Her sudden disappearance worries us, too. She was one of the best doctors in the area, whatever happened, we wish her well.

I am also a patient of Dr. Carol Burgess and her office will not provide me with her contact information. I received a letter in the mail stating she is no longer affiliated with this office. When I called they gave me the names of 5 doctors we would take me as a patient. Please post if you know how to get in touch with Dr. Burgess.

I am also concerned about what happened to Dr. Burgess. She has been my doctor for more than 12 years and her office staff will not tell me if she is ok or where she went. If anyone knows where she or how I can find out where she is is I would like to be informed.
