I would advise anyone who sees him to check their medical records, I have discovered that the notes in my file reflect inconsistencies. For example, the notes say he discussed all this stuff with me that he did not. I don't know if it's to cover himself or some type of medical fraud but why would he lie? If it happened to me, it must happen to a lot of other patients. You have the right as a patient to ask to see your records. You can also check my chart.online.
