Worst attitude I have ever experienced in my life and I am old. A nice girl at the counter was processing our insurance and a fat nurse told her not to. We just changed our insurance and they wanted us to pay out of pocket because they wanted to leave for lunch. I said that was terrible customer service. The Doctor heard this and came out with fists clenched and told us to leave and never come back. They also made my wife wait for 40 minutes after the appointment time. Even if they would not have booted us out we would never go back. They are horrible people. They also have a sign on the wall saying be nice to our staff. That is your first sign they are trouble.
